NAME
metastat − print status for metadevice
SYNOPSIS
/usr/etc/metastat [ -hp ] [ metadevice... ]
/usr/etc/metastat [ -o ] [ metadevice... ]
AVAILABILITY
This program is available with the Sun Online: DiskSuite software package.
DESCRIPTION
metastat prints the current status for each of the active metadevice. If metadevice is specified, metastat reports only the status of that metadevice.
If invoked with the -h option, metastat displays a help message.
OPTIONS
−h Displays usage message.
−p [ metadevice ... ]
Displays the list of active metadevices in md.conf(5) format for use in /etc/md.conf. If a metadevice is specified, only the status of that metadevice is displayed. If metadevice is not specified, all metadevices and hot spare pools are displayed.
−o [ metadevice ... ]
Display a list of active metadevices in Sun SPARCserver Manager (SSM) format. The output will consist of only the the metadevices supported by SSM. This is a compatibility feature. If a metadevice is specified, only the status of that metadevice is displayed. If metadevice is not specified, all metadevices are displayed.
