     NAME
          checkmm - checks documents formatted with mm macros, eqn or
          tbl

     SYNOPSIS
          checkmm [ files ]

     DESCRIPTION
          Checkmm(1) checks documents formatted with one or more of
          the following commands:  mm(1), mmt(1), eqn(1), neqn(1),
          tbl(1).

          For each file, checkmm(1) reports missing delimiters and
          .EQ/.EN pairs.  It also checks that that other delimiters
          are balanced; for example, you must have a .DE (display end
          macro) for each .DS (display start macro).
          checkmm(1) is useful even if you are not using the mm(5),
          macros.
