The short answer is (and we know, it's not the most useful answer) "when it's ready."

We are planning a "first quarter of 1998" (most people read that as "March 1998" ;-)release, and we are still on track for this, but you (and we) know the realities of software development.

We currently plan to provide developers who attend our Be Developers Conference (March 19th and 20th) with the final release on CD at the conference, but production and shipping schedules likely mean it will become available to wider audiences a few weeks after that.
