When will the BeOS for Intel Architecture be available for BeOS developers, or beta testers?

While we have begun limited beta testing with a small circle of very focused external testers, we do not yet have a timetable for beta testing outside of this small group.

We do understand that developers need time to work with new releases of the BeOS before they can ship their own software. Registered Be developers are at the top of our shipping schedule, and will receive it before customers.

If you are a registered Be developer, be sure your developer record is up-to-date; we will only ship CDs to developers who have updated their records in 1998. Visit the Registered Developers area of the Be web site to update your record:
