NAME
     mh - Rand Message Handler

DESCRIPTION
     MH is the name of the Rand Message Handling system.  Rather
     than being a single comprehensive program, MH consists of a
     collection of fairly simple single-purpose programs to send,
     receive, save, and retrieve messages.
