NAME
spellout - print words missing from spell list
SYNOPSIS
spellout [ -d ] list
DESCRIPTION
Spellout looks up each word in the standard input (one word
per line) and prints on the standard output those that are
missing from (or present on, with option -d) the hash list.
OPTIONS
-d Prints all the words that are present in the hash list.
EXAMPLES
Assuming that checkwords is a list of words one per line,
the following command will print any of the words in
checkwords that are not in /usr/dict/hlista.
spellout /usr/dict/hlista <checkwords
FILES
/usr/dict/hlista American hashed spelling list
/usr/dict/hlistb British hashed spelling list
/usr/dict/hstop Hashed stop list
RETURN VALUE
[NO_ERRS] Command completed without error.
[USAGE] Incorrect command line syntax. Execution
terminated.
[P_ERR] A system error occurred. Execution
terminated. See intro(2) for more
information on system errors.
