You do not have to be a superuser to use the lmstat utility. The lmstat utility is located in /etc/opt/licenses.

Use the license file named.
-a Display all information.
-A List all active licenses.
-f feature List users of feature.

List all users of the vendor daemon’s features.
-s hostname
Display status of clients running on hostname.
-t value Set lmstat time out to value.
