          eli - EMD convergence module


     Description
          Eli acts as a convergence module between  the  EMD  Ethernet
          Driver,  and another STREAMS driver or module.  Eli provides
          an LLI compatible interface, which is expected by  ip(ADMP).
          Eli must be pushed on the STREAM between ip and emd.

          It  is  expected  that  since  the  10base5  driver  is  now
          available  as a product, EMD will no longer be used, and eli
          will become obsolete.
