NAME
ncheck (vxfs) - generate path names from inode numbers for a Veritas
     File System (VxFS)

SYNOPSIS
     ncheck [-F vxfs] [genericoptions] [-o m,b=blk#] special ...

DESCRIPTION
This manual page is an addendum to the ncheck(1M) manual page. It
describes the Veritas File System (VxFS) specific features of the
     ncheck command.

ncheck generates a path name versus inode number list of files for the
Veritas file system. Names of directory files are followed by ".".

OPTIONS
-F vxfs Specifies the Veritas file system type (FSType).

     genericoptions
Options supported by the generic ncheck command.

-o Specifies Veritas file system specific options. The avail-
               able options are:

               m Prints mode information.

b=blk# Prints path name containing block number blk#.

DIAGNOSTICS
When the file system structure is improper, "???" denotes the "parent"
of a parentless file and a path name beginning with "..." denotes a
loop. A path name beginning with "***" denotes a directory entry whose
nominal ".." entry is not in accord with the directory in which it was
     found.
