NAME
       pvcsetup - Permanent Virtual Circuit set up.

SYNOPSIS
       /bin/pvcsetup [ -i inum ]

DESCRIPTION
       pvcsetup establishes a link between the PVC driver, pa and the ATM
       Network hardware driver, ia for Permanent Virtual Circuits (PVC).
       pvcsetup prepares IP to run with ATM by establishing a link between
       DLPI driver and packet driver.  For information about installing the
       5515 RFC-1577 software distribution, refer to the R4.11MU03 Release
       Notice.

OPTIONS
       -iinum Specifies the Permanent Point of Attachment (PPA).  Default is
              PPA = 0.
