Does CodeWarrior for BeOS/PowerPC work on both BeOS for the BeBox and BeOS for Power Macintosh? Is there any loss of functionality, or other differences?

CodeWarrior for BeOS/PowerPC does not care what PowerPC hardware you run it on, just that it is running under the BeOS. Nor are there any differences in the software depending on which hardware you use.

Note that this may not be true for the software you develop using CodeWarrior. If your software tries to access hardware that doesn't exist on the hardware you have, e.g., a parallel port on a Power Mac, that obviously isn't going to work, no matter what kind of magic the folks at Metrowerks (or at Be, for that matter) perform!
