C++ in Metrowerks CodeWarrior running native under the BeOS for the Power PC release and C++ with EGCS for the Intel release.
The BeOS ships with the full developer tools for each platform. The PowerPC release includes the unlimited tools from Metrowerks, and the Intel release ships with EGCS. Both releases should ship with PackageBuilder.
