show_fault − display information describing last fault

show_fault()
may be called from fault handling code (see
to display information regarding the last fault which has occurred.
displays the exception vector, exception pc, contents of the cause and
status registers.  The R2000 bad virtual address register and
the R2300 system bus error register are display if they pertain to the
last fault.
