NAME
Xmips - Mips server for X Version 11.
SYNOPSIS
Xmips [ option ] ...
DESCRIPTION
Xmips is the server for Version 11 of the X window system on
Mips Computer hardware. It is normally started by xdm (1),
or xinit (1).
CONFIGURATIONS
Xmips operates under RISC/os on workstation configuration
systems. Under RISC/os you should use unix domain connec-
tions (unix:0 as host spec's) for local connections.
OPTIONS
-bp color set default black-pixel color
-wp color set default white-pixel color
-mb size size of motion buffer (0-1024)
-plock process lock the server
-tlock text lock the server
-dlock data lock the server
-nice incr change the scheduling priority of the server
-noreset do not reset on last client close
-visual PseudoColor|StaticColor|GrayScale|StaticGray
use grayscale/color visual
Note: -visual option overrides -cc of the
standard server option.
-xled1 use led for xled1 instead of Scroll Lock
-xled2 use led for xled2 instead of Caps Lock
-xled3 use led for xled3 instead of Num Lock
-inputext enable the input synthesis extension
-enable color|mono [unit#
[Default|PseudoColor|StaticColor|GrayScale|StaticGray
[blackPixel [whitePixel]]]]
enable the color and/or mono screens. The
unit# selects between multiple framebuffers.
Optionally the default visual and black and
white pixel values may be specified.
-keyboard Default|AT|XT|UNIX [unit#]
selects type of keyboard to use.
-pointer Default|Logitech [unit# [baud [sample_rate]]]
selects type of pointer to use. Optionally
sets the baud rate and sampling rate. The
baud rate may be set to 1200, 2400, 4800 and
9600. The baud rate should be left at 1200
on RS2030 systems. The sampling rate is a
number greater than or equal to zero. Zero
selects the fastest sampling rate available.
The server also takes all of the standard server options
