NAME
     prom_reinit - reinitialize PROM monitor and enter command
          mode

DESCRIPTION
     Prom_reinit reinitializes all prom state, clears all memory,
     flushes both the instruction and data caches, clears the
     R2000 translation buffers, and enters PROM command mode.
