NAME

tod − print out a message germane to the current time of day

SYNOPSIS

tod [ hour ]

DESCRIPTION

Tod prints out a greeting depending on the current time of day.  If the optional hour argument is given, then tod will pretend that it is that hour of the day. 

Tod is useful for running in an automatic login file.
