UPDATEBOOTCMDS  —  User Commands

NAME

updatebootcmds − Keep /boot/cmds updated.

SYNOPSIS

updatebootcmds [directory directory ...]

DESCRIPTION

Updatebootcmds is a script that keeps boot commands up-to-date.  It does this by updating the commands from either /sprite/cmds.$MACHINE or /sprite/admin.$MACHINE to boot/cmds.$MACHINE.  Only those commands that already exist in boot/cmds.$MACHINE are updated.  If you want to add a new command to the boot commands you have to copy it there manually.  Updatebootcmds will update the commands in all cmds.$MACHINE directories found under the boot directory.  If updatebootcmds is run without any options it will update /boot and /t1/boot.  If the command is followed by directory names only those boot directories will be updated.
