DESCRIPTION
fsdomain displays or changes various parameters of the domain of a file system. If no options are given, then fsdomain displays the domain name, domain number, and serverID of the filesystem on the given device. And the options allow you to selectively change any of those values. (Note: the disk device should be unmounted if you change any of the domain parameters.)
The -print option prints out file system structures. For an OFS, the Ofs_SummaryInfo and Ofs_DomainHeader are printed; for an LFS, fsdomain prints the LfsCheckPointHdr, the LfsCheckPointTrailer, and all the LfsCheckPointRegions between the header and the trailer.
The -prev option applies the above actions to the previous checkpoint. For some reason, the kernel and the disk can become out of sync with regard to which region is the current checkpoint. This option should be able to get around that problem.
