INTRODUCTION
This command may be used to turn the display off when a workstation is about to be idle for a long period of time. When invoked with no arguments, it turns the display off, waits for a carriage-return to be typed, then turns the display back on again. If invoked with any argument except −n, blackscreen turns the display off and exits with the display left off. If the −n argument is given, blackscreen re-enables the display immediately and exits.
