     isascii -

SYNOPSIS
     #include <ctype.h>

     int
     isascii(int c)

DESCRIPTION
     The isascii() function tests for an ASCII character, which is any
     character for which either iscntrl(3) (character codes 000 through 037
     and also including 0177) or isprint(3) (character codes 040 through 0176)
     is true.
