NAME
look - find lines in a sorted list
SYNOPSIS
look [ -d ] [ -f ] string [ filename]
DESCRIPTION
Look consults a sorted file and prints all lines that begin
with string. It uses binary search.
If no filename is specified, /usr/dict/words is assumed with
collating sequence -df.
OPTIONS
-d `Dictionary' order: only letters, digits, tabs and
blanks participate in comparisons.
-f Fold. Upper case letters compare equal to lower case.
EXAMPLES
The following invocation of this command will print all
words beginning with 'exp' found in /usr/dict/words.
Dictionary order and folding are automatically assumed.
look exp

/usr/dict/words Online dictionary
RETURN VALUE
[0] String was found.
[1] String was not found.
[USAGE] Incorrect command line syntax. Execution
terminated.
[P_ERR] A system error occurred. Execution
