SYMORDER(1) COMMAND REFERENCE SYMORDER(1) NAME symorder - rearrange name list SYNOPSIS symorder orderlist symbolfilename DESCRIPTION Orderlist is a file containing symbols to be found in symbolfilename, one symbol per line. Symbolfilename is updated in place to put the requested symbols first in the symbol table, in the order specified. This is done by swapping the old symbols in the required spots with the new ones. If all of the order symbols are not found, an error is generated. RETURN VALUE [NO_ERRS] Command completed without error. [USAGE] Incorrect command line syntax. Execution terminated. [NP_WARN] An error warranting a warning message occurred. Execution continues. [NP_ERR] An error occurred that was not a system error. Execution terminated. [P_WARN] A system error occurred.
