NAME
     uupoll - poll named system(s).

SYNOPSIS
     uupoll [ -gX ][ -n ] system...

DESCRIPTION
     Uupoll requests the uucp system to call another system (even
     if recent calls have failed).  It will not overide time of
     day restrictions in /usr/lib/uucp/L.sys.

OPTIONS
     -gX Only call system if there is work at or above grade X.

     -n  Don't call now, only clean out the status file.

RETURN VALUE
     [0]              No errors encountered.

     [nonzero]        Errors encountered.

CAVEATS
     Uupoll only requests a call be attempted, it does not wait
     around for the call to be made; real work is done by running
     uucico(8n).
