CHDIR(3F) COMMAND REFERENCE CHDIR(3F) NAME chdir - change default directory SYNOPSIS integer function chdir (dirname) character*(*) dirname DESCRIPTION The default directory for creating and locating files is changed to dirname. Zero is returned as the value of the function if successful; an error code otherwise. FILES /usr/lib/libU77.a f77 UTek system interface library. RETURN VALUE Zero is returned as the value of the function if successful; an error code otherwise. CAVEATS Pathnames can be no longer than MAXPATHLEN as defined in /usr/include/max.h .
