NAME
tcpctl - controls and monitors the SQL*Net TCP/IP server
process
SYNOPSIS
tcpctl [start|stat|version|stop|log|debug|@hostname]
DESCRIPTION
The tcpctl utility, described in the Installation and User's
Guide calls the shell script, tcputl, which controls and
monitors the SQL*Net TCP/IP server process.
OPTIONS
start [options]
Start the orasrv process. options is passed as the command
line arguments to orasrv.
stat
Display orasrv status.
version
Display the version number of orasrv.
stop
Stop the orasrv process.
log
Turn logging mode on/off. The default is off.
debug
Turn debugging mode on/off. The default is off.
@hostname
Controls the SQL*Net TCP/IP server on a remote machine.
