NAME
     echo - write text to standard output

SYNOPSIS
     echo <argument>

DESCRIPTION
     The echo command writes <argument> to standard output.  This
     command  provides  a  means  to  annotate data redirected to
     files.  It can also be used for creating macros from  within
     psam, by echoing a series of commands to a file.
