int free_menu(MENU ∗menu);
DESCRIPTION
new_menu() creates a new menu connected to the item pointer array items and returns a pointer to the new menu.
free_menu() disconnects menu from its associated item pointer array and frees the storage allocated for the menu.
RETURN VALUES
new_menu() returns NULL on error.
free_menu() returns one of the following:
E_OKThe routine returned successfully.
E_SYSTEM_ERRORSystem error.
E_BAD_ARGUMENTAn incorrect argument was passed to
the routine.
E_POSTEDThe menu is already posted.
