upgrade_cm  - script for upgrading Calendar Manager from SVOL to Openwindows

SYNOPSIS

upgrade_cm [user-name ... ]

Available with the OpenWindows environment. For information about installing OpenWindows, refer to the Solaris 2.1 System Configuration and Installation Guide. 

DESCRIPTION

upgrade_cm is a script that upgrades the Calendar Manager SVOL version of the cms .callog file to Version 2 or greater. 

OPTIONS

[user-name ... ]
specify a user or list of users

USAGE

upgrade_cm should be executed whenever there is an upgrade from SVOL to OpenWindows.  This script must be run in super-user mode. This script takes an optional list of user-names. If user-name is not specified, the login name will be the default user.  If there is no /usr/spool/calendar directory this script will create it. It will copy the .callog file from the home directories of the users specified to /usr/spool/calendar and set up the files and directories with the correct permissions. 
 
Kill all cm and rpc.cmsd processes before running this script.
