This information is retrived by nllanginfo. The items
CRNCYSTR, RADIXCHAR and THOUSEP are extracted from the
          fields currencysymbol, decimalpoint and thousandssep
in the structure returned by localeconv.

The items TFMT, DFMT, DTFMT, YESSTR and NOSTR are
retrived from a special message catalog named Xopeninfo
which should be generated for each locale supported and
installed in the appropriate directory [see gettxt(3C) and
mkmsgs(1M)]. This catalog should have the messages in the
order TFMT, DFMT, DTFMT, YESSTR and NOSTR.

All other items are as returned by strftime.
