DESCRIPTION

XmCreateToggleButton creates an instance of a ToggleButton widget and returns the associated widget ID. 

parentSpecifies the parent widget ID

nameSpecifies the name of the created widget

arglistSpecifies the argument list

argcountSpecifies the number of attribute/value pairs in the argument list (arglist)
