NAME

mountfd, umountfd, mountfh, umountfh − mount/unmount floppy disk

SYNOPSIS

/usr/sony/bin/mountfd directory
/usr/sony/bin/mountfh directory
/usr/sony/bin/umountfd
/usr/sony/bin/umountfh

DESCRIPTION

mountfd and mountfh mount a floppy disk in the specified disk directory.  umountfd and umountfh unmount a floppy disk. 

EXAMPLES

To mount a 2HD (1.44MB) floppy disk:
mountfh /fd

To mount a 2DD (720KB) floppy disk:
mountfd /fd

To unmount a floppy disk:
umountfd

BUGS

In actuality, mountfd, mountfh, umountfd and umountfh are shell scripts which call mountu(1) and umountu(1).  Consequently, error messages, etc. are not displayed under these command names.
