NAME

faxlstat − Displays status of communication line. 

SYNOPSIS

faxlstat [ −host host-name ]

DESCRIPTION

faxlstat displays status of all communication lines of the specified machine.  Maximum line number per a machine is 2. 

The following options are recognized. 

−ho[st] host-name
Specifies host of machine that is connected to FAX board. If not specified, the host name registered in the top of FAX machine registration file is used.

Following items are displayed.

Capability

Approve or not-approve is displayed by O/X.
FAX Send (FS)
FAX Receive (FR)
Polling Send (PS)
Polling Receive (PR)

Telephone number

FILES

/var/sony/etc/hosts.faxcFAX host machine registration file

DIAGNOSIS

If successful, exit status is 0. 
Otherwise, error message is written to stderr.
