NAME
pic − ditroff preprocessor for drawing simple pictures
SYNOPSIS
pic [ −Tt ] [ files ]
DESCRIPTION
Pic is a ditroff(1) preprocessor for drawing simple figures on a typesetter. The basic objects are box, line, arrow, circle, ellipse, arc and text.
The optional argument −Tt specifies device t; currently supported devices are lbp8 for lbp8-I/AJ-2, or lbp8-II/AJ-2 (Canon with RS-232C), nwp533 for NWP-533 or NWP-537 (Sony’s Video I/F lbp). The Dault is nwp533.
Originally supported devices, aps (Autologic APS-5), X97 (Xerox 9700), and i10 (Imagen Imprint-10) are not yet tested and not included in this release.
