setbell - sets the duration of the beep of the keyboard bell

PARAMETERS
durat expects a value indicating the length of time the keyboad bell
will sound.
0 no beep.
1 short beep.
2 long beep.
DESCRIPTION
setbell sets the duration of the beep of the keyboard bell. The keyboard
bell is activated by ringbell.
