NAME
     glcRotate - multiply GLCBITMAPMATRIX by a rotation matrix

     void glcRotate( GLfloat inAngle )


PARAMETERS
     inAngle  Specifies the angle of rotation around the Z axis, in degrees.

DESCRIPTION
     glcRotate multiplies GLCBITMAPMATRIX with a rotation matrix based on
     inAngle, with the product replacing the current matrix.

     That is, if M is the current matrix and R is the rotation matrix, then M
     is replaced with M ⊕ R.

ERRORS
     GLCSTATEERROR is generated if the issuing thread has no current GLC
     context.
