FUNCTION RETURN VALUE
     The return value of this function indicates if the optional Composite
     Video and Genlock Board is installed in the system.

DESCRIPTION
     This routine is obsolete.  Although it continues to function to provide
     backwards compatibility, all new development should use getvideo(CGMODE)
     to determine if the optional Composite Video and Genlock Board is
     installed in the system.
