NAME
     sharefinder - locate shared resources on other workstations

SYNOPSIS
     /usr/sysadm/bin/sharefinder

DESCRIPTION
     sharefinder displays a user interface for accessing shared resources on
     remote workstations.  Three catagories of information are displayed:
     shared directories, shared removable media devices, and shared printers.

     The list of shared directories is obtained from the getExportList(1M)
     privileged command.  getExportList uses the mountd(1M) protocol to query
     the remote workstation for its shared directories.

     The list of shared removable media devices is obtained from mediad(1M)
     running on the remote workstation.

     The list of shared printers is obtained from the listPrinters(1M)
     privileged command.  listPrinters in turn uses the
     /usr/lib/print/listprinters command, which queries the remote workstation
     for its list of printers using the SGI printing protocol.
