NAME
monpanel - monitor control panel for Presenter Flat Panel Displays

SYNOPSIS
     monpanel [ -nofork ] [ -nodisplay ] [ -backlight level ]
              [ -bits setting ] [ -restart ] [ -pollinterval seconds ]
              [ -nounique ]

DESCRIPTION
monpanel provides a graphical interface to control the backlight level
of the Presenter display, to switch the display between high and
low color resolution, to turn on the Presenter display when the display
was not connected at boot time, and to restart the Presenter
display when the display has been disconnected.

OPTIONS
     -nofork
Do not go into the background. By default, monpanel forks itself
to give control back to the shell.

     -nodisplay
Only process command-line options; do not bring up monpanel's
           visual control panel.

     -restart
Restart the flat panel if it has been disconnected.

     -backlight level
Initializes the Presenter backlight level to level. Only integers
between 0 and 100 are valid levels.

     -bits setting
Initializes the color resolution setting. 12 and 15 are the only
valid settings for Presenter. 18 and 24 are the only valid
           settings for Presenter1280

     -pollinterval seconds
control frequency of kernel inquiries (default 0.2).

     -nounique
Indicates that more than one panel can be shown at once. This
should be used to control multiple displays.
