NAME
     pfa2pfb - convert PostScript Type 1 font from ASCII to binary encoding

SYNOPSIS
     pfa2pfb [ input [ output ] ]

DESCRIPTION
     pfa2pfb converts Adobe Type 1 font programs from the Printer Font ASCII
     (PFA) to the Printer Font Binary (PFB) format.  If the file output is not
     specified, output goes to the standard output.  If the file input is not
     specified, input comes from the standard input.  In this way pfa2pfb can
     be used as a filter.
