NAME
     cvhang - create a process in a hung state

SYNOPSIS
     cvhang command [args]

DESCRIPTION
     cvhang instantiates a process from the given command and arguments, and
     leaves it poised for execution just before it would execute its first
     user instruction.  The WorkShop Debugger may then attach to it and take
     control of its execution.
