     Register_&_Win

SYNOPSIS
     /usr/sbin/RegisterAndWin

DESCRIPTION
With On-Line Customer Registration, Silicon Graphics hopes to establish a
mutually beneficial information link with the primary user of each low
     end and high end system.

To register your system with Silicon Graphics, fill out and return your
completed On-Line Registration form via the Internet, e-mail, fax or
     postal mail.

Note: You will need to have Netscape (or an equivalent browser) and
Netscape FastTrack Server running to launch On-Line Registration.

     For Systems with Graphics

Double click on the Register_&_Win icon that appears on your desktop at
user login or access Registration through the Toolchest by selecting
Find->Applications, then double clicking on Register_&_Win in the Icon
     Catalog.

Tell us about yourself, what work you are doing with your Silicon
Graphics system, how you rate the job we are doing and what future
hardware, software & service offerings you would like to see us pursue.

Receive 8 cool screen savers as our thank you gift for registering and
get a chance to be a lucky winner in our quarterly registration raffle!

     To Register Servers without Graphics

Log in remotely to the system you want to register and invoke the
following. Note: be sure to set your DISPLAY variable to the host on
which you want to display. For example, "setenv DISPLAY myhost:0.0".

     /usr/sbin/Register_And_Win

Note: The information you provide using On-Line Registration is for the
exclusive use of Silicon Graphics and the reseller who sold you your
     system.
