NAME
     FLtoPopDB - Converts filenames to serialized DNA.

SYNOPSIS
     FLtoPopDB

DESCRIPTION
     FLtoPopDB reads standard input, treating each line as a fully qualified
     pathname.  If the file exists, then the filename is converted to the
     special format required by bgicons (serialized DNA), and written to the
     standard output.  This is used with bgicons to put icons for specific
     applications on the desktop background by default.
