     DESCRIPTION
          XmTextFieldClearSelection clears the primary selection in
          the TextField widget.


          widget Specifies the TextField widget ID.

          time   Specifies the time at which the selection value is
                 desired.  This should be the time of the event which
                 triggered this request.
