NAME

rectcopy − copies a rectangle of pixels on the screen

DESCRIPTION

rectcopy copies a rectangular array of pixels defined in screen coordinates (x1, y1, x2, y2) to another position on the screen.  The point (newx, newy) defines the lower-left corner of the new window position.  The current viewport and screenmask mask the drawing of the copied region.
