errlog − reroute EXOS 8010 messages

SYNOPSIS

cat -u /dev/EXOS/errlog > file &

DESCRIPTION

If the errlog device is opened, the EXOS error status messages will not appear on the system console, and may be read from this device.  This command sequence routes the "printf" messages from the board to the designated file .  If this option is used, the file should be examined and flushed periodically so it does not become too large.
