DESCRIPTION

Window specifies the position and size of a rectangular viewing frustum in terms of the distance to the surface closest to the eye (in the near clipping plane), the boundaries of a rectangular region, and the distance to the far clipping plane.  The image will be projected with perspective onto the screen. 

Window loads a matrix onto the transformation stack, overwriting whatever was there.
