NAME
winconstraints - changes the constraints of the current
graphics window

DESCRIPTION
winconstraints binds the currently specified constraints to
the current graphics window. These constraints are minsize
, maxsize , keepaspect , prefsize , and prefposition. These
constraints are reset to no constraints after they are bound
to the graphics window.
