NAME
attachcursor - attaches the cursor to two valuators

DESCRIPTION
attachcursor attaches the cursor to the movement of two
valuators. vx and vy are both valuator device numbers.
(See Appendix A, Valuators, for a list of device numbers.)
The first valuator (vx) controls the horizontal motion of
the cursor; the second valuator (vy) determines vertical
motion. The values of vx and vy determine the cursor
position in screen coordinates.
