          ev_resume - restart a suspended queue

     Syntax

          int ev_resume()

     Description
          ev_resume restarts an event queue suspended by an ev_suspend
          call.

     Diagnostics
          This routine returns -1 to a program which does not have an
          open event queue. It returns -2 if the queue is not
          suspended. Normally it returns 0.
