localhosts - configuration file for sendmail
Description
Localhosts is a file that lists hosts that are to be treated
as equivalent by sendmail(ADMN). In the distributed
configuration files, an equivalent host is in class S.
Sendmail also looks at /etc/hosts.equiv.
The format of localhosts is very simple. It consists of a
list of hostnames, one per line. There is no support for
comments.
